Project Team

	Project Management Team The Kendel Hotel Group, under the direction of principal Dwight Miller, is overseeing the concept development, site design, utilization planning, and operational management for the ON THE AVENUE project.
	David Harris, project director, is responsible for construction supervision, leasing, and property management.
	Architectural Design Team Norman Latour, AIA (left) is the lead architect and Blase Gallo (right) is the designer for the project. Together they have developed the architectural renderings and concept visualizations for all the related sites.
	Image Design Team New Image Associates is overseeing creative development for the project and is responsible for graphic design, web development, marketing and advertising.
	Accounting Team Peter Ozuma overseeing the accounting and financial management.
	Business Development Eileen DeCastro is responsible for identifying and qualifying new and relocating retail tenants and businesses for the project. She is also responsible for market and feasibility assessment and product placement.
	Executive Chef Jim Wisdom will be designing the menu for the 'On The Avenue' dining experience.
